Service Manager

• Workplace: Kyiv, 34K Sviatoshynska St.
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 to 18:00

Requirements:

• Male, 18–45 years old, not subject to mobilization in the near future.
• No bad habits.
• Any level of education (higher education is a plus).
• Experience in warehouse or office work is preferred but not required.
• Responsible, punctual, attentive, calm, neat, and communicative.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email).
• Conversational Ukrainian required; any level of English is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing client requests (by phone and email).
• Maintaining warehouse records and statistics, processing spare parts orders.
• Coordinating shipments and arranging transport with partner carriers.
• Working with documentation.
• Receiving and issuing goods, including sending and receiving parcels via Nova Poshta.
• Maintaining order and control at the warehouse (34K and 20 Sviatoshynska St.).

Equipment Sales Manager

Our company is looking for a responsible and proactive person to join us as a manager in the field of technological equipment. The position involves full-time office work with a personal workspace. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00.

Requirements:

• Male aged 22–40, not subject to mobilization in the near future. Ability to travel abroad is an advantage, as business trips to exhibitions or training events may occasionally be required.
• No bad habits.
• Higher education, preferably in technical or food production fields.
• Ability to work with AutoCAD.
• Work experience is not required but would be an advantage (recent graduates are welcome — full training provided).
• Communicative, able to interact with clients in person and by phone; positive and optimistic, motivated to grow, work, and develop.
• Confident computer user (Excel, email, basic office tools).
• Good command of Ukrainian; basic English is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Sales of technological equipment.
• Preparation of commercial offers.
• Designing and drafting project layouts in AutoCAD.
• Searching for new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
